Full disclosure - now I got 6 pairs of roccamore shoes.
However, I'd like to throw extra roses at my newest couple, Beige Raven. Firstly - beautiful! I never got to buy the beige-colored heels with silk ribbons until they were out-of-stock, so when I saw these, including the REALLY amazing plateau, I just had to have them. I have a couple of Karens who are probably my most unfortunate mis-purchase... too tall to be comfortable for me, and the material quickly got marks all over the place – lesson learned! But back to Beige Raven!
They have been through the fire test; I chose a summer night to walk home from the city in these shoes, up a hiiiigh hill, asphalt and pebbles, just over FIVE KILOMETRES, without stockings. Result? In a pair of standard heels, I'd given up after 15 minutes and taken the chance with broken glass and thistles. And if I'd kept a pair of standard heels on, I'd probably have to wait to walk around as a kid with polio for a few days :(
"But BEIGE RAVEN TO THE RESCUE - I got all the way home and despite a few blisters over the big toes, my feet are completely unaffected... and the shoes look like new!"
The leather hasn't got a single notch and the sole still looks really good - I have a pair of Hope which already after a few days looked included (they got an extra sole by a shoemaker - thanks for that). I have to say, the comfort keeps while the quality really gets better and better.
That’s good style!
